All machines purchased from Instant Cash Registers come with a full parts and labour, on-site warranty for 1 year. At the end of this period we offer all our customers an annual service contract which extends the standard warranty and offers the benefits of:

Priority Call-outs
A back-up of your program data
Software updates (as available)

If you do have a problem with any machine that you did not purchase from ourselves or do not have a service maintenance contract for, then we will happily give you an estimate for the repair over the telephone.


Repairs
Our aim in business is to establish a mutally beneficial  relationship with our customers who will be delighted with our service and choose us as their prefered supplier for their on-going business needs. That is why we keep a good After Sales Team. Most faults and queries can be sorted over the phone but if we need to make a visit, we will call quickly and promptly. A loaner machine will be provided if yours needs to return to the workshop at no extra charge to you.
